April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), and the SAFE Office invites you to join us for a month of education, engagement, and solidarity as we promote a campus culture rooted in respect, dignity, and consent.

Threaded Truths 

NGE 101 

An interactive discussion with campus and community partners focused on sexual assault awareness, prevention strategies, survivor support, reporting options, and resources. 

April 16 | 12–2 p.m. 

Denim and Dignity (Tabling Event) 

Student Center Lobby 

Stop by to learn the history of Denim Day, engage in prevention education, and pick up your SAFE Office Denim Day shirt. 

April 29 | 12–2 p.m. 

Denim and Donuts 

Student Center Lobby 

Wear your denim (and SAFE Office Denim Day shirt) and join us for photos, resources, solidarity activities, and donuts (available for those wearing their Denim Day shirt). 

Denim Day reminds us that clothing never causes sexual violence. We all play a role in challenging harmful myths, promoting consent, and supporting survivors. 

We need ALL students, staff, and faculty to wear denim on April 29 in support of Denim Day.
