NSU Students - Parking Rate Increase for 2024-25 Academic Year

The Board of Visitors has approved a parking rate increase for students, faculty, staff, and reserved parking decals for the 2024-2025 academic year.

This price increase will be implemented starting July 1, 2024. As an auxiliary entity, parking revenue primarily comes from decal sales. The approved rate increase will facilitate increased operational costs, ongoing maintenance, and additional parking services to be offered to parking customers. Please see the updated rates for students listed below:

September 01, 2024

• Commuter - $135
• Resident - $135
• Part-time - $75  - valid one semester only

January 01, 2025

• Commuter - $70
• Resident - $70
• Part-time - $45  - valid one semester only

June 01, 2025

• Commuter - $55
• Resident - $55
• Part-time - N/A
