On behalf of the Professor of Military Science, Faculty, Staff and Cadets of the Norfolk State University Army ROTC Program, you are cordially invited to attend our Spring 2024 Commissioning Ceremony.

Every semester we recognize the accomplishments of our graduating cadets. This ceremony is the final step in our cadets four year journey. These cadets will commission into the US Army as Second Lieutenants. Please join us on the 3rd of May at 1 p.m. to congratulate our commissionees and send them off as the future leaders of the US Army. The ceremony is held in Student Center Room 149.
