Faculty/Staff Mind, Body, Breath & Movement Wellness Program
The Department of Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science presents the NSU Faculty/Staff Mind, Body, Movement, Breath, Stretch and Relax and Adult Wellness Program.
Our Mind, Body, Breath & Movement training program introduces participants to breathing techniques with coordinated movements that provide an awareness of increased calm, fitness and well-being. Dynamic and static stretching exercises are incorporated.
