Every Student Deserves A Mentor

Norfolk State University is partnering with Mentor Collective to offer incoming first-year students a Faculty/Staff Mentor.

There's no cost or obligation to participate, but mentors can help students and achieve goals, make connections, and prepare for their future career. Faculty/Staff will be connected with a fellow NSU student based on interest, area of study, needs, and preferences. 

How Does It Work?

We will match you with a NSU student

Connect with each other regularly throughout the year

• One-year commitment
• Minimum of monthly virtual check-ins
• Log your conversation
