E-Mobility Fellowship Program: 2025-26 Application
The Department of Energy & Sustainability has partnered with EVHybridNoire to bring the E-Mobility Fellowship Program to the Norfolk State University campus.
The automotive industry is investing $500 billion into e-mobility (electric, connected, shared, and autonomous vehicles) with a growth projection of 2 million+ new jobs across the country. Currently, there is a lack of talent in the STEAM workforce, particularly in the e-mobility space. To bridge this gap EVHybridNoire developed a brand-neutral pipeline program between students and e-mobility companies/organizations.
Applications for the E-Mobility Fellowship will be accepted from April 1 to July 30, 2025. This program offers undergraduate students with a minimum 2.75 GPA a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional development in the rapidly growing electric mobility sector. Fellows will engage with leading e-mobility companies and organizations, building the skills and connections necessary for a successful career in this dynamic industry. Program benefits include a monthly stipend, attendance at industry meetings and convenings, internship opportunities, engagement with industry leaders, and more.
*** We are working on a goal of 10 applicants. ***
