Join Mister Norfolk State University and the Men’s Initiative for 100 Steps Ahead — a unified walk of purpose, pride and presence. On Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11 a.m., participants will gather in front of the Student Center in honor of the 30th Anniversary of the Million Man March, reaffirming Norfolk State University’s enduring legacy of brotherhood, excellence and leadership.

The goal is to have at least 100 men in suits standing together in unity and purpose.
All NSU faculty, staff, and students are invited to take part in this powerful moment.
