Join us for the Enhancing Campus Wellness Book Club where we will discuss the book "Eat Your Age" by Dr. Ian K. Smith, best-selling author and TV personality. In "Eat Your Age," Dr. Smith shows readers the steps they need to take in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond to increase longevity and stave off future illnesses and ailments. The book club sessions will be facilitator-led on selected Mondays during the summer via ZOOM. A FREE copy of the book will be provided to participants; however, recipients are requested to attend as many of the sessions as possible.
